Individual Therapy.
At this time, I provide online therapy for individuals. I know that finding the “right” therapist can be tremendously hard and sometimes people have had negative experiences with therapy in the past. I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to professional, high quality mental health services. I also know how valuable a mother’s time is. To ensure goodness of fit, I do a 10-15 minute consult call with all clients before agreeing to work together to make sure that my skillset is well matched to your needs and that you feel I can be helpful to you!
RATES.
My out-of-pocket fee is $150 for a 55 minute session.
INSURANCE.
I am credentialed with Aetna and Optum insurances in both PA and MA. I can also provide a superbill if you are hoping to use out-of-network benefits.
